  
   
DescriptionThe Werks Vol 1 is a set of three plug-ins for creating beautiful Glows, Glints and Gradients. Each plug-in is packed with features not available anywhere else. As with all Zaxwerks products, speedy workflow is combined with flexibility. You are able to experiment with new looks and rapidly change from idea to idea. Many presets are also included for instant productivity.
Gradientwerks Gradientwerks is a powerful tool for creating beautiful gradients for backgrounds and for coloring text.
- Gradients can be Linear, Diagonal, Accelerating, Repeating, Wrapped, Mirrored, Skewed, Rotated, Circles, Ovals, Diamonds, Squares, Rectangles, Triangles and Spotlights.
- Gradient editing is done interactively by dragging markers on a bar with no limit on the number of markers. It is very easy to make your own masterpieces.
- Color and Transparency are not locked to each other.
- Gradients can be put into masks or text without having to create a track matte.
- Color blending is done in HSV space so colors don't "gray out".
- Color phase can be animated to create endless looping animations.
- Gradient position, rotation, wrap angle, stretch, and size can be animated using standard After Effects keyframes.
- Includes a picture-based library system for loading, saving and sharing gradients.
EasyGlow The Zaxwerks Easy Glow plug-in is the fastest and easiest way to make things glow. When you think of glows the standard effect is where the glow washes over the top of the image. The Easy Glow plug-in can do that and can also produce the legendary In-Glow, Out-Glow, and Pop-Glow effects. Fresh new looks for today's motion graphics.
- Creates glows especially for text and graphics without needing to create extra masks and complicated layering.
- Creates In-Glows, where the glow radiates inward onto the text.
- Creates Out-Glows, where the glow radiates outward from the edges of the text but doesn't affect the color of the text itself. Very effective for separating a title from the background without changing the color of the title itself.
- Creates Over-Glows, where the glow washes over an image creating a warm, misty feeling.
- Creates Pop-Glows where animated light appears to hit your graphic.
- The Glow color can be taken from the base image, creating hazy soft-focus glows, or from a custom color, to create new design options.
- Enables designers to multi-layer glow effects and opens up new creative options.

Glintwerks Glintwerks automatically creates multi-colored traveling glints of light that move across your image. Usually a glint is used on the letters of a logo or a name to draw attention to the subject.
- Set up is extremely easy. No multi-layered stacking of masks and effects to make something that only looks half as good.
- Glints can be contained completely within the letters, can appear behind the letters or can appear along the edges of the letters.
- Traveling glints will wipe the image on or off.
- Multiple glints can be created from the same plug-in to create chasing effects.
- Glints can be textured revealing surface features in the text adn the glint passes. Built in textures include: metals, fabrics, scratches, etching, dots, checkers, waves, patterns and many many others, plus you can make your own.
- Glints can be multi-colored. The glint gradient is fully editable and comes with many presets for out-of-box operation.
- Glints can be made to glow as they move across titles.
- The built-in glow editor can make glows that look simple or startling. Like nothing that you've ever seen.
