Hardware Acceleration
FxFactory uses the graphics card inside every Mac to provide accelerated previews and renders. All ATI and NVIDIA graphics processors with at least 128MB of VRAM are supported. Integrated Intel graphics processors. The Macbook and Mac mini (in its PowerPC and Intel variants) are not supported due to the more limited feature-set of their built-in graphics accelerators.
In order to use this with Final Cut Studio or Final Cut Express, you need to download and install the Free FxFactory plug-in from Noise Industries.
