FieldsKit is a set of plug-ins providing smarter deinterlacing and more workflow options for interlacing and pulldown.
At the heart of FieldsKit is FieldsKit Deinterlacer that deinterlaces video imagery with superior results. Using proprietary field reconstruction and adaptive motion techniques, FieldsKit Deinterlacer can build full frames from fields that are of much higher quality than the standard approaches available in most effects and video editing applications. FieldsKit includes:
- FieldsKit Deinterlacer
- FieldsKit Reinterlacer
- FieldsKit Pulldown
FieldsKit processes in both 8 and 16 bits per channel and now has multiprocessor support.
And because FieldsKit Deinterlacer builds better frames, you'll often see better results when used with other RE:Vision Effects products such as Twixtor and ReelSmart Motion Blur.
Many of the RE:Vision Effects products ask you to turn field rendering and field separation algorithms off in the host application. As such, FieldsKit Reinterlacer and FieldsKit Pulldown are provided to aid in your workflow.
FieldsKit v2 is compatible with Adobe's After Effects 5.0 and later, Adobe Premiere Pro 1.0 or later, Apple's Final Cut Pro 4.0 or later, Autodesk’s combustion 2.1 or later, eyeon’s Fusion 4.04e or later, 5.02 or later, and Quantel’s generationQ product line.
